Public prototype notice. This describes the website’s technical design; the operator details and final retention policy are still being worked out. Please do not send sensitive information or datasets.

A small, static site

This website has no analytics, advertising pixels, embedded chat, remote fonts or tracking cookies. Its example workloads run entirely in your browser using fixed sample data. They do not send a request to a model.

Hosting

This public website uses Amazon Web Services: a private S3 origin and CloudFront to deliver the website. Delivering a page requires technical request information such as your IP address, browser headers and requested URL. CloudFront uses a global delivery network; the marketing site is not a Swiss-only service.

This repository does not configure CloudFront access logging or a visitor database. Hosting providers may still process technical information to operate and secure their services.

Contacting Firmbatch

The contact button opens your email application. Nothing is submitted automatically. If you send an enquiry, your email address and message are used to respond and discuss your proposed pilot. Please do not send sensitive records, credentials or dataset attachments in an initial enquiry.

The product is separate

Accounts, authentication and workload processing belong to the Firmbatch application, not this website. A pilot’s processing locations, subprocessors, retention and contractual terms must be agreed separately before transferring workload data.
